Renting with Rankins Rentals is a straightforward, personal process. Here's what to expect from request to pickup.

Submit a Reservation Request
Fill out our reservation request form with your preferred vehicle, rental dates, and contact information.
Submitting a request does not guarantee a reservation. It starts the conversation.
Receive Availability & Pricing Confirmation
We'll review your request and follow up to confirm whether the vehicle is available for your dates, along with pricing and any applicable rental requirements.
We do not promise instant approval. All requests are reviewed individually.
Complete Verification & Agreement
Once availability is confirmed, you'll complete our approved verification process, review and sign the rental agreement, and arrange payment.
Requirements may include a valid driver's license, insurance verification, and other documentation.
Pick Up Your Vehicle
After all steps are completed, you'll arrange pickup of your vehicle. We'll walk you through everything before you drive off.
Pickup arrangements are confirmed during the reservation process.
